Backup Nav DVD to DVD-R or DVD+R?
Since it seems like anyone could just steal the DVD out of any E93 with the top down, I'm thinking about using a backup DVD instead. So which type of DVD does the CCC nav drive read, DVD-R or DVD+R?

if i recall I used a mac, and used disk utility to make a backup image. if the image is below 4.7gb then use dvd-r, if its bigger burn dvd-dl. burn at a slow speed like 1x. hope that helps

Sorry for bringing this back up but I had DVD+R's lying around so I tried copying it onto that. It seems to have worked. No issues so far.
As a side note, when the car is locked with top down, the CD and DVD eject buttons work BUT the armrest compartment is locked. I guess it's kinda safe to leave your iPod or iPhone in there with the top down.
