Skyline Run Routes 1-10

Gents, as you've probably noticed, I'm not doing the Skyline Runs anymore.
I just don't have the time, and it took a lot of time. If someone else wants to pick up where I left off, let me know!

Over the years we raised thousands of dollars for charity! We always had a good group and never had any incidents or trouble with cops. Though, especially around small towns, the cops would watch us carefully but we knew where we could have fun and where we couldn't. It was always a great group, you guys are awesome!

Other runs out there don't have the same magic, they take the highway, sit in traffic, not fun. The key to Skyline Run was finding paved and empty back roads with hairpin corners, exceptional views, unposted speed limits, and just simply having it all to ourselves. Mile after mile of deserted perfection. It exists around here, especially in West VA. Below are the maps from all the runs. Note that some of the roads might not be good any more because of more traffic or unfixed pot holes but they're all probably worth investigating any way

Of course, the good old Skyline Run video. Man I was young...

Thanks Darkstar! 2009 seem like it was only yesterday. Great memories on these runs.

This looks like fun, never made it out to any of them in the past.

I'm in too. I just can't organize it anymore, no time. I have kid, another one on the way, always flying around for work. No time

Wow, just happened to stumble on this coming from ZPost. I'd be up for a drive or two sometime this season, though I don't have an E90 M3 (yet), I'm rocking the Z4M for now.

Looks like you guys preferred to keep it local rather than cross 81? I'd imagine WV has some real gems.

I wouldn't mind helping out / organizing this - I have done a few smaller ones in the past back in the midwest and have been on numerous skyline runs with other groups.
