Solid subframe mounts, what diff mounts should I choose?

My E90 is still primarily a street car, and sees a track day every month or two. Will be on nitron coilovers shortly, otherwise suspension is stock.

I don't mind some increase in NVH, but don't want it to be over the top.

OEM or purple poly if you don't want too much added noise.
