Seems obviously not, but why not to ask?

It's nothing about the LSD, right?

Cause it grinds at sharp turns at low speed.

Diff was my guess but OP posted a long time ago so I suppose motor mounts fixed it.

It was the engine mounts. Let's hope nothing goes wrong on the diff....

About the diff, it's just characteristic of it, seems to depend on the fluid you use:

1 - Old spec, without friction modifier, prompter locking, much more noise and grinding at sharp turns.
2 - New spec, with friction modifier, possibly slower lockinh, absolutely no noise and grinding.

Nothing to go wrong.
