2009 e90 M3 CIC iDrive failure

Hi, pardon me for asking what seems to already be answered, but my 2009 e90 M3's CIC iDrive has gone into a constant reboot state and the car's battery drains. I removed the hard drive and the problem still exists. I pulled out the unit and problem is solved, except I cannot now listen to my "individual audio system (S752)" (other than the V8 ).

I tried to read and understand the forums about what it would take to replace my CIC with a used one, but it's too complicated for me. And I may not have the funds to burn on a new CIC (if that is even possible, but what is the approximate cost?). What is the cheapest way to get CIC working again? My CIC's part # is 919882801. I noticed that not all E90 CICs have the same connections on the back, so I don't even know if I can put in any E90's CIC unit. At the very minimum, I would like to get the music system working, the bluetooth for the phone and warning dongs. Nav (S609), system info aren't important (since system info shows up on the dash), but nice to have working again if possible. Thanks for any help/advice.
