Bumping this up as I'm 19 days out from my order for a pair of these, emailed them for an update about 10 days ago and was told they'd get back to me with an update, and I haven't heard anything since. I'm lucky that I have another car that I can use in the meantime, but it'd be great if they put estimated ship dates on their website so you know going in how long your car will be laid up. Fingers crossed I'm the outlier and that these ship out soon...

Did you get any response from them yet? This is a bad look.

Got a response to my second follow-up note last week that they’re rebuilding 50 units to clear their backorders by the beginning of this week. No update to my order yet.

And yeah, a bad look. If there’s a 4-week lead time, no problem, but note that on the product page so that buyers have a heads up before they place their order. If something pops up after, no problem, just reach out to your customers with a quick note. No idea if this is their MO in general, or if they just struggle with inventory because they’re reliant on buyers sending their failed stock units back to them post-install.

Ordered mine on a Monday, called Mo (picked up first ring) on Tuesday and was explained that they are awaiting on rebuild units. They were able to ship a pair out Friday and I received it on the following Monday. After sending back my units received my refund in 4 days. Overall a good experience, but I do think folks should be aware that they may run out of units to send out immediately. So better prepare ahead of time and order before you actually need them (not like me)....
