I think that is standard.She wants to be the 1st one to drive it so she picks it up

I read somewhere that it part of a package, but thats probably for the States only. Most things are standard in Canada, which are options in the US

The LED lights (front and back) are standard on the IS, they look great in person. Here's a snap:

Actually I like them as they should be easy to clean,which is factor on any car that my wife drives

I have a bunch of 18's in the garage that would work just fine on this for winters.
