Hey Guys...I just picked up this CF wrapped center console from fellow forum member tampa_M5, but failed to realize it was for an '08. It is for a DCT equipped car, and also has the cut-out for the convertible top switch. I was going to machine a small coin holder/bin for that spot...or a 1.75"/45mm square plug could easily be used.

I hadn't even picked up my E90 when I bought it from him...as soon as I got my '11, I realized my error...my loss, your gain.

Just looking to re-sell, as purchased.

The piece is in good shape with minor scratches near front of piece, that could easily be buffed. Really nice piece for the money...bummed I can't use it!

Actual CF layer...not a vinyl/etc.

You should also note that it is for a convertible. And DCT transmission.

Yep. I would have bought it until I saw the convertible controls.

I edited the post...FWIW, I was simply going to machine a small coin holder/bin out of black nylon...alternatively, a square plug (1.75"/45mm) could easily be used.

I hate for it to go to waste...as it is quite a nice piece...but if no one buys it, I will fill the holes, to convert to LCI, and cover in "carbon leather".

It physically fits the center console...but...it is for an '08 and the cutout is for the CCC iDrive controller, not the CIC controller of an '11.
