Like I said, the only thing I don't like about it is the price. There are so many options out there and is analogous to how porsche owners point out that you could get a turbo for the same price of an aston martin vantage v8, which is slower and less reliable.

Already announced that it's not coming state side. It has the GTS engine and special seats neither of which have been federalized, so it's not coming.

The E90 experiment was done 1st because it's going out of production this year. Scott26 (BMW Insider) has already said to expect something for the E92 next year before it going out also.
