Driver Side Door Seal

Hi, I need to replace my driver side door seal (2009 E92 M3) and wanted to know if anyone done it before. Someone tried to break into my car with a screwdriver and messed up my driver side seal and now i get a lot of wind noise while driving. If anyone has any tips it would be greatly appreciated. thank you

I've not done it on the coupe, but on the sedan, it's not difficult, they just peel out.
