best pull - 499 hp, 355 tq

Sounds about right for a dyno reading real numbers, on some of the others you would hit around 530-540.

Question - do you have any issues with the placement of the air filter? Specifically, when it rains?

No, unless you actually submurge it a deep pool of water you will have no issue. Can run it in heavy of rain as you want, I live in Southern MS and we get some real Thunderstorms lol.
