Installed test pipes over the weekend. While the car is more responsive, the smell on the other hand may force me to go back. Certainly needs to get used to how she smells now.

I wish. But no. I decided to pass. I took a fair bit of time to ponder it. At the end of the day I didn't want to be stuck with 3 E9X's. Heaven forbid hey! The car was lower spec then mine but I couldn't pull the trigger.

I did however refer one of our forum members to it and he is now the proud owner. Hope to get the two together for a photo shoot. He even bout my old black ZCPs!

Otherwise stock x-pipe with secondary cats intact? I lust over the gains from test pipes but the sound and smell sure have me skeptical. Thanks for your honesty.

I didn't call, I emailed them and they responded to me quickly. My friend on the other end had no luck with either calls or emails. He ended up taking his car for the airbag to BMW SF. BMW only had two recalls for my car.

Thanks. I just emailed BMW Concord where I had the airbag recall done on my previous E46M. I'll try Weatherford next if no luck.

Absolutely nothing. I haven't gone downstairs in a few days. Tho I think I need a wash and an oil change.

Spanked her good leaving downtown this evening like I know she likes. Redline shifts in the city always sound the best.

Yeah, there was a little seepage, and after some 'spirited' driving there would be a quarter sized spot on the ground. So I decided to just replace it and take care of it before it got any worse.

Installed my Lux H8 180s.

Failed MD state inspection this morning for the tints. Now have to get them taken off and re-do this sh*t.

Yeah. I just moved back here after living in Vegas for a couple years.

They failed me on tints (I was more like 20% or less) & rotors (which I had just forgotten about).

Failed inspection -$80
Tint removal -$120
RockAuto (4) rotors -$200 total
Re-inspection of rotors -$30
Rotor install (being lazy to do it myself) -$380
Registration & tags -$350
Re-tint after car is registered -$160

Damn it.

Installed a MirrorTap to new Uniden R3! This is a sweet setup and just in time for an annual run into the mountains.

Up next, Lux.
