Ammo

I am impressed. The techniques Ammo NYC have are great. I chave a car cleaning arsenal, but have never used a product like the hydrate. the closest I have come is with a dry rinse polymer. Anyone know of any brand available at local autopart stores?

The videos are split up depending on the operation. And are listed in sequential order.

1. wheels
2. washing
3. drying
4. clay bar
5. polishing
6. waxing
7. interior
8. final results

Each video is around 9 minutes long and shows him doing a section of the car with the named operation.

After trying to filter through the seemingly endless amount of information of Autopia.org I found these videos to be a welcomed summary of such a detailed and elaborate process.

Enjoy.

Here is another video from Drive Clean on the Drive youtube channel. This one video is comprised of a multitude of tips and recommendations to help you wash your cars.
I don't think your supposed to wax/clay every time. Isn't it like every 6 months you do that? I'm gonna start using the zano products. Haven't washed my car yet, got it yesterday but when its time, I'm gonna do it right so I don't get any scratches or any unwanted "visual effects".

Correct. Clay bars are abrasive so only do this step when properly prepping for a correction with compound and/or polish and before an application of wax/sealant.

Here's my formula after I did some research from obsessed garage:

1. Foamed Wax strip first time
2. Clay bar first time
3. Iron x on wheels first time
4. Rain X window treatment

Then just this:

1. Regular foamed soap
2. 2 bucket method
3. Tire and rim brake buster on wheels
4. Bead maker

This routine takes me about an hour. I've done it on both my ceramic pro m3 and regular 330. The rain x lasts long. The bead maker doesn't but I'm using that to stop water spots so it's applied every time in my setup.
