Just curious door pocket, armrest console or passenger seat?

I listen to pandora and text (yup) so I keep it in the passenger seat thigh extender slit (on its side). This sucks tho if it needs to be charged, I like a clean setup without having to dig into the armrest.

Lame post just curious.

phone is in the arm rest. i dont really like distractions when driving.

For the most part it's in the center console (thanks to built in bluetooth) and plugged into the usb wire to play music...but sometimes I'll have it in my lap so i can multitask.

I close my arm rest on the cable and have my phone plugged in chilling in between the e brake and the center console. I don't ever text really when I'm driving, I think its just more convenient that way instead of having to open and close the center console every time I get into or leave the car.
Some may call it laziness but I prefer the term "efficient."

Meant for the 2011 style interiors, as I believe there was a tray prior to 2009?

Flip the ash tray up..iPhone fits perfect in there. The cigarette lighter keeps it from sliding. It fits perfect almost like it was designed for it. I can post a pic later if you don't get where I'm saying

I'd have to try when I get back home, I could have sworn it got in the way of the DCT shifter...I might be that was a rental car I had.

Please post a pic? I do what OP does, and put the phone inside the 0.25" gap in the passenger side seat support LOL.
