Daily Use
I’m that guy that takes two parking spots or parks his car away from others to avoid door dings on his leased car. I’m also that guy that has had multiple fights with his woman because she wants to eat in his car and he has to tell her “You eating in here, isn’t happening.”
Weekly Cleaning
“Abi” has been detailed by the same guy, Caesar, all of her life.
Storage
The car is garaged at both work and home.
Exterior
Fantastic. I have taken great car of this car. Even stressing a little too much over it.
Interior
Immaculate for a 3 year old car. You can ask my girl about fights we have had over keeping a leased car in pristine condition. I have seen some other posts with interior shots and they seem a bit beat up. This car is clean.

Service History
This car has been serviced exclusively at SouthBay BMW with the exception of the 1200 mile service which was performed at BMW Beverly Hills (PM me for my experience here). My service advisor for all of the service on the vehicle at Southbay has been Alex Caicedo. I have all of the service records in a binder which the buyer can have. The service is up-to-date and runs great.

Additional Items of Note
Sadly, this car was never tracked. I did however take advantage of BMW Performance Driving school which I highly recommend to all so you completely learn your car’s capabilities - while not abusing your car.
M3 Floor mats are included.
There is NOT a front plate drilled into the car

Lease is done. My buyout is attractive so it makes sense to private sale this and to try to get another M3 fan inside the car. I'm most likely not going to post the buyout but contact me if you want to make an offer.

This car may be back listed after having 4 interested parties. Cash buyer is asking for specific DMV terms. So I had one cash buyer, one financing ready (told him he was backup and he went and found a lesser car) and now one is on the fence. Both parties who saw the car made an offer.

SO, hit me up if you are a serious buyer with no ridiculous terms.
