Vorsteiner type ii style rear diffuser exhaust tips fitment question
Hey Community,
Hoping someone on here will have some insight into this or can point me in the right direction seeing I can't find any information on this. I recently purchased a new exhaust and I'm thinking of purchasing the rear diffuser type ii in addition to the Cyba 80mm exhaust tips. I have now been told that these 80mm tips are too big for this diffuser. Is anyone running this diffuser and has 80mm tips? I've reached out to vorsteiner and a few other vendors to see what the fitment is as well and no one has gotten back to me over the past week. I attached a picture below for reference: Last edited by TYNKUP; 07-19-2019 at 08:47 PM.. |

83mm if I recall correctly. It’s authentic but I want to get rid of it. Vorsteiner quality and fitment isn’t great. Clear coat is peeling and it took extra work to get it to fit right you may be better off with a rep.

Does the E92 Type II Diffuser (shown above) fit on an e90?

E92 diffusers do not fit on E90's. Different rear bumper shape.

As an update: the one that I purchased from a vendor, unfortunately had terrible fitment. Even the body shop that installed my front lip (and did a fantastic job) said they wouldn't even touch it. Luckily the vendor was understanding and will be sending me a new diffuser and going to see if this one is a better fit.. otherwise just going to return it.
