History
I bought the car January 2016 from a dealer in Austin with around 50k. Vehicle was first sold in Temple, TX so it’s been in central texas it's whole life. I travel for work 80-90% so this is my weekend car. It was at 75k this summer and I started having to commute to Ft. Worth each week, 500 miles a week add up to where its at now and it doesn't make sense to keep it. It is my only vehicle so mileage will go up gradually when I'm in

Maintenance
Michelin Pilot Sport PS2's
Fronts - 245/35/19 - Will be replaced 2/13 w/ New
Rear - 265/35/19 - Will be replaced 2/13 w/ New
Oil/Filter - Changed @ BMW of Grapevine @ 87,420 miles

Everything maintenance-wise is OEM except the brakes:
Brake pads - replaced @ 72k w/ Hawk HPS Street/Race Pads, rotors resurfaced at same time
Brake Fluid- Motul DOT 5.1

Condition
Exterior - 8/10: There is removed paint on the right of the rear bumper, being that the bumper is black underneath it isn't stark (see photos) but obvious if you're looking for it. Other than that the exterior paint / carbon fiber is in excellent condition.

Wheels all had curb rash to some extent so I'm having them all picked up to be cleaned and re-surfaced. I'm installing new tires at the same time.

Interior - 9/10: There are some spots on the sill of the passenger door, not sure where these are from but I can't get them off. May be from prior owner. See photo below

Mechanical:I have not done anything w/ rod bearings, however if I were to keep the car I would likely do it for piece of mind. Keep that in mind for potential buyers, because of this I'm taking a grand off the initial ask price.

Agreed. I had LmB on my E90 328i and absolutely loved that colour.

LmB on Bamboo is the sexiest combo on the E9X! I'd sell mine for one in that spec with a 6MT in a heartbeat.
