Got my car tuned but getting codes

Been catless with sim for a while. Decided on getting a tune to get the light to stay off and some other tune benefits.

Flashed. Cleared the car and went for a drive. Around 50 miles I get
2789
278A
274A

2789 and 278A are both for sensors correct? They should be off with the tune?

274A I Believe is a misfire. Not too worried about that might be a by product of o2 issue.

Tune is incorrectly calibrated if you cleared the faults and they came back.

274A is a precat oxygen sensor, bank 1.

Is it possible 2789 and 278A light up if I'm tuned for test pipes and the post sensors are not working?

Trying to eliminate all possibilities here before I replace the sensors or blame the tune.

I'll get a new pre cat sensors for bank 1 as that one needs to be working.

No it's not possible. Which tune do you have?

With cat efficiency turned off, doesn't matter what the configuration is, those codes can not be thrown.
