2011 Pricing Thread -- come share your deals

In this thread... let's post the best pricing we are getting for the 2011s. Since the 2011s are coming soon and hot, let's help each other get the best pricing.

I'll start... best pricing so far is 1.5k over dealer invoice for E92 ordered. Not that great, but still working with dealers. I'll update as I get more responses.

I had negoitiated $800 over US invoice on US delivery vehicle with dealer in Mechanicsville PA. Investigated Euro delivery with them--their price was about the same for that, but eventually we agreed to 2000 over European invoice--which based on my calculations (using 2010 invoice and Euro invoice prices) is about 2,500 less than that or about $1700 less than US invoice.

I know others have stated you could get Euro delivery for $1000 over Euro invoice, but 2 board affiliated dealers I spoke to wanted $1500, and in the other case $500 over plus a couple of other charges that made it about $1500 over Euro invoice. I'd rather deal with my dealer who provides pick-up and excellent/new BMW loaner to me (I live over 40 miles away).

I see the 2011 sticker prices are unchanged, including the package and accessory prices--a dealer sent me a PDF of sticker prices for them-- but it doesn't list invoice or Euro Invoice prices. Presumably the Invoice and Euro Invoice prices are unchanged as well, but I haven't seen those posted on this board yet--hope to see it soon. Anxious to finalize trip plan to Europe to pick car up on 4/15.

I was told today 880 over invoice or 3691 off. I think they are really making more than 880 personally. But I turned it down as I was able to negotiate a 2009 M3 coupe for 14259 off. To me the difference was just too good to pass up. Now, if my financing issues are fixed tomorrow (out of state puchase that the credit union does not like), I will be golden.

Hey duk,
I live in Bay Area, and I'm also looking to order a 2011. Here's an idea - instead of having each forum member contacting the dealerships separately, why don't we combine our purchasing power? Maybe I'm being naive, but I'd imagine that if we could get 3 or 4 orders together, we'd have more leverage/bargaining power. (I have no idea how many M3 allocations a dealership has every month, but if I can save $1k by waiting 1 more month, I'll be able to live with that) Let me know what you think....

Invoice +1k for E93 ED at BMW of SF, March build, minimal negotiation. Ask for Alek, internet sales guy, especially if you're looking at ED-- the first sales guy I talked to there knew vastly less than I did about ED.

We might be able to do that. Which dealer have you spoken to? Fremont has allocation in beginning of March and MT View in beg April.

OT (Sort of): I am looking to get a 2011MY e92 m3 by the end of June/early July. When should I be ordering? What would get me the best deal, cash offer or finance? Let me know if anyone in the Pasadena area is interested in a GB at that time.
