Fingers crossed your headlights re-sealed ok haha. If you find after washing/rain you are getting condensation, let me know - I have the butyl rubber to re-seal them properly and would happily give you some.
Cheers mate, I removed the old seal immediately after the oven bake and applied new morimoto seal before the second bake so fingers crossed all is good.

Yeah mate perfect. Did them in white but currently running spare gloss black ones. Will take some pics and update thread soon

Well, washed the car and power sprayed the headlights on the weekend and thankfully no fogging or condensation...

And finally... Suntek headlight protection film applied to counter the inevitable sandblasting moments..
