Beyond Pissed - ELMHURST BMW
After purchasing a car from this dealer in 2007, I thought it would be the place to purchase my new BMW. In early May, I decided to order a 2011 M3. After a painful back and forth on every issue and price, I ordered the vehicle and a build order was processed. In light of the fact that I was buying my dream car I understandably wanted everything just right. Upon placing the order I questioned my sales agent if the order was done correctly. I was assured it was. After noticing that options were missing on the BMW website I questioned my sales agent again. And, again, I was told not to worry. After waiting a long 7 weeks my car arrived today with missing and/or incorrect options one of which was no Moonroof. I was presented with two options: Re-order from the same SA who screwed up my 1st order and wait another two months OR $500! On a $70,000 purchase that they blew, I was speechless. I guess they figure someone else will buy it. This is how this place treats return customers...just imagine how they will treat new ones.

Regardless of which forum you should have posted in, I'm sorry to hear of your ordeal. That is horrible service!!
