To each his own my friend ... btw I am not your son unless you are 100 and knew my Mom

PS. Here in Canada if you get cut driving 100 mph you loose your car (for a spell anyway) and your licence for quite some time my friend, not to speak of the fine you have to pay ... and your insurance will go sky high ...

I know what this car can do trust me ... only not on public roads.

Ever head over to Mont Tremblant or Calaboggie? Coming up. You should head out?

On my "ToDo List" next time I'm in Montreal ... was my home town in my younger years

Always loved the drive up into "The Laurentians, North of Montreal" perhaps this year or next ... see you there!

Saw your post some time back ... love it

Walked by it on the way to and from work, then went to Fedex (in my truck) and picked up the Challenge GT carbon lip!

After a long and hard day at work, I walked to the garage to clean the M3, took it for a spin and put it back. Now I'm very happy!

Nothing fancy. I downgraded from my 1D MkIII and 5D MkIII to a NEX7 because I didn't want to lug a DSLR around with our newborn. Picked up the Sigma 19mm f2.8 and 30mm f2.8 for $160 on craigslist. This was shot with the 19mm and edited in LR.

Ah, Montreal. Lovely city. I do believe that's where I met your mother.

I joke, of course, and my apologies, it was merely a figure of speech. But now that you've dated yourself, I understand why you wouldn't be up on the lingo.

I'm not quite sure what the speed is to lose your car/license here in Texas, but I know I exceeded it quite a few times during the honeymoon phase of ownership.

I understand and no need to apologize ... I just wanted to point out that it was physically impossible for me to be your son

Below are a few details about our local speeding guidelines ... I have no clue how our Police force would handle a American visitor

If however, you are stopped speeding in Germany on the Autobahn (where I drive most every 2 to 3 years) it can be very expensive.

I saw a program once on a German TV station (DW) where 2 fellows from Sweden had to pay over 600 Euros on the spot for speeding in controlled speed zones and overtaking cars on the right (it's a no no in Germany on the Autobahn). The Police takes the driver to the next rest stop there is a ATM at each rest stop and they better have the funds in the bank or else.

Needless to say the two fellows had to turn around and go back home for the police now had there vacation money for there planned skiing trip.

Let my wife (26 y.o.) give it a spin.

I've been trying to make her comfortable in this car, as I often use hers to transport our dog. I want to make sure she's confident while driving it... She's not...

While I don't fear for the car's well being, I want her to enjoy it. She's awfully timid and drives it no differently than our hybrid... 0-60 in 10.4!!!

The funniest and most nauseating experience with this is her adjusting to the brakes . I may have to post a video soon.
