SoCal leased coupe insurance rates: what's your premium/details?

I searched for a recent thread and couldn't find a related one.

My premium, ~$2,000/year, seems really high for someone with a clean driving record but maybe I'm still getting used to CA rates.

M/single/40: 100/300/100 coverage with 500 ded on comp/coll. no accidents/moving violations in over 10 years and very good credit. I'm with Lib Mut using bmw cca program.

This is my only car and my DD, so no multi car discounts and I drive a fair amount.

Who else leases and what are you paying for your coverage?

I lease. Pay about $1,800. $500 deductible. Same coverage as you. 35 - no points on record.

USAA - I shopped around and they had the best rates, but you need a military connection. My pops went to West Point and then jumped out of airplanes b/c the army told him to.
