That M has been sale for a while now. Before I bought mine back in June, I was thinking about purchasing that one. Talking with the seller and doing more research on the car, I found out it's a Lemon (Carfax report). The seller claims that it was a small odor inside which the original owner returned it to the dealer because of it so the dealer declared it a manufacturer buy back.

Might be a good deal but if you plan to sell it in the future, might lose a lot of money. Lemon cars lose a HUGE value.
