For Sale Feeler/Feedback

Hey everyone -

I am completely feeling out the market and your opinions around selling my car. I'm going to provide a summary of my vehicle and driving habits and would love to hear your honest feedback if anyone would buy this car for $39,000

Vehicle Summary

2008 E90 M3
Mileage: 46,000
Color: Silverstone II
Interior Color: Extended Fox Red Leather
Transmission: Manual
Options/Features: Premium package/navigation. Does not have cold weather package

Purchase/Owner History

I am the second owner. First owner had car for 4 years and drove 21,000 miles primarily in Florida. I purchased the car in February 2012 and have driven 25,000 miles (mostly highway + 40 mile round trip commute in the state of Delaware)

Service History

1) Purchased car in Florida and completed pre-purchase inspection at Ferman BMW (Tampa, FL). Car had no issues reported and paperwork retained for proof
2) Completed oil changes every 7,500 miles at Otto's BMW in Pennsylvania
3) Tow hook cover replaced (fell off somewhere) by Otto's BMW
4) New Pilot SuperSport tires applied to rear of car in May 2012. This was not completed by BMW dealership

Driving Style

1) Never redlined car
2) Highest RPM achieved is in the 7,000 mark
3) Typically shifts occur between 1.5k-3k for 90% of driving

Vehicle Condition

1) Scale of 1-10: 9
2) Handwashed every 2 weeks

Please let me know your honest thoughts. No feelings will be hurt

Never redlined the M3? Why or should I say why not? But seriously, good price although it'll be a little tough without warranty unless you have it. Also pics would help. Tech package or no? I already have one but just putting it out there because you might be asked that

Good questions I don't have an answer for the redline question I've never had the need to I've been content with 7k rpm. I believe I have the tech package, it has nav, blue tooth does that qualify?

I have no mods to the car ever. Fully stock! I do not have cpo but I do have a 3k aftermarket warranty full coverage up to 80k miles.
