Dripping and sizzling

I have had my 2011 M3 for two months now (bought it used, now has almost 11k). After driving it, there is something leaking and dripping in the engine compartment. I'm not sure what it is, but it sizzles when it hits the hot engine. Is this something I should be worried about, or is it just condensation from a/c?

Separate question: The car came from a dealership, but should I take it in regardless to get checked to make sure everything is working alright? If so, how much should that cost?

It's just water from the A/C. It drops onto the exhaust I believe.
