I am an employee at a BMW dealer and has been maintaned here by 1 tech since under my ownership. The car does have an accident on the carfax under the previous owner. No frame damage nor is thier any affect on how the car drives. Carfax is a fairly reliable source that can really hurt a cars resale value. Any chance you want to trade for an '09 E90 M3 JB 6sp with Extended warranty until 2016? I always wanted an AW and DCT for the wife.

No thank you.. I myself am a huge fan of the DCT and would prefer to have it in my next car as well.

Am I missing something? This is the ask price for a 08 sedan, if not 09... but 2010 w/ 29k miles warranty loaded to the brim AW for $42k??? I would steal it in a second if it was 6-spd... vs all these 08 6-spd's with 40k+ miles asking $38-42k and missing PDC or Enhanced sound or etc...

GL, this should go fast for a DCT enthusiast!

Edit: I see it has an accident... but a fair deal regardless
