$500, Huy???? How the heck did you pull that off? Did you buy used from a forum member?
The perks of owning an E90 Used goodies sit for awhile. I don't mind used one bit... for some things. The previous owner of this exhaust went back to stock with ease after cutting his stock.

Not sure if you remember me but I remember meeting you at a meet in Rockville (plaza that has the ToysRUs) a couple of years back (6speedonline meet). I remember admiring your M3 with the LM-Rs (beautiful wheels!)

If I decide to sell my carbon fiber DPE SL5 wheels then I'll seriously consider purchasing the LM-Rs.

Hope you've been well, bro. Would love to hear your exhaust sometime... will message you my contact info.

Of course I remember you. I see your car every once in a while in the area. Let me know if you ever want to see or drive the car.

I hope you are doing well.

Sounds good, bro. I heard from Mike we're all practically neighbors so I'll message you my contact info shortly. All is well.

That makes sense and I agree that there's nothing wrong with used for some things like exhaust. I'm guessing the previous owner got your stock exhaust so win/win for you both.

I already have some people interested in my twin screw supercharged 323i... if I can sell the car sooner then I'll order the M3 sooner and I guess just rent a rental car for the 1-2 months waiting period that I'm guessing it will take for me to get the M3.

I had the opportunity to drive up in my friend's 2005 Imola Red E46 M3 this weekend to and from the OC Car Show. His M3 has the Remus Race Exhaust with the carbon fiber tips. Exhaust sounded GREAT, though there were some times when significant droning was heard.

Is the Remus Race exhaust identical between E46 M3 and E9X M3 in terms of sound/droning or are there differences between the 2 that make the sound different between them?

$3500/$70000, still a large percentage for no performance value.

For those looking for "performance value," I'd say check out the Mustang 5.0. The M Performance Exhaust is made of inconel... the inconel Eisenmann costs $7,400, so the BMW exhaust is quite a bargain. As for inconel being an appropriate material for an exhaust, that's another subject.
