We have done business with them for a few used parts and had no issues. Every time i called they were responsive and easy to deal with. I am sure if you went there, in person, it would be no different. OP i hope you are able to find the resolution you deserve.

OP, why haven't you taken a trip to their location to talk in person?

Pardon me if you have.

Bill,
We've parted out more than 100 m3s and dealt with more than God knows how many people. Never have I ever had a problem with anyone and if I ever did for whatever reason I have always made it right. Our main goal has always been to make sure our customers are satisfied. Under our business policy we do offer exchanges on parts that are defective. I told you in person that if your differential made any noise that you were unhappy within a reasonable period of time I would exchange it. You are right we do stand by our parts but we can't stand by something you purchased in November. We never lied to you I have done nothing but tried to provide you great service. As you recall I went and called you back and gave you a better price on the rearend because the first sold. I sold you the complete rearend for $1500, Not to mention We spoke in person and you were going to change the control arms. I even offered you an exchange for other ones but you didn't want what I had in stock. Your complaint about not feeling this rearend started in around February. You disappeared again for 2 months and then demanded a refund in June ? I normally won't exchange something that was purchased 7 months ago however, I will still offer you another replacement to make sure your experience changes to a satisfied one.
Let me know what you want to do.

So let me get this straight... OP comes in bitching about parts he purchased back in NOVEMBER, with pics showing bent bolts and arms in JUNE

Sounds like OP just trashed his vehicle and is throwing all sorts of people under the bus to recoup his money

So here's another question...if the parts are indeed jacked up like in the pictures...did you not inspect the parts upon arrival? If you did not install them yourself, you mean to tell us that NO ONE told you that the parts are complete junk?

What's next for you? insurance fraud?

Dude I don't get why you don't go there in person. Aren't you local?
You should stop continuing to thread crap.
Trying to hide behind a computer is going to get you no where. Or maybe you don't know how to deal with people face to face. just saying

I completely understand what you are saying and while my dealings with them are all fine, my understanding of this situation is just between what you have said and what they have now said. I was merely shedding light that based on my experience with them they have all been positive and that i wished a swift and hopefully peaceful resolution. Again i hope the best for the situation to be worked out with truth and honesty.
