What's going on guys! Just picked up my 3rd M3 and am planning to do a full build on a completely stock car. This car will start out as a lightweight NA car then eventually I plan on supercharging the car

I will be documenting the build here and on my YouTube channel as well found here https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCyA..._as=subscriber

The car:
2009 E92 M3 Alpine White on Fox Red with 91k miles
Carbon Fiber roof
DCT
NO IDRIVE
Michigan and Texas Car

Part 1- Car Arrives:
Overall the car is in pretty good shape especially for being a northern car with 91k miles. One minor issue getting it off the trailer but no big deal. Extremely happy with the spec overall.

Part 2- Exhaust:
Picked up Eisenmann Race rear section and Top Speed Catless X-Pipe

Huge improvement over stock imho and not too much drone on the highway. Very little drone around 2000-2800 rpms then goes away in 7th. Big thanks to MPorium team for helping me get the rusted bolts off as we did not have all the proper tools at my friends house. We are rookies at this but learning as we go

Part 3- Rod Bearings:
Car is running on original rod bearings so made an appointment at Mporium to get them out. Rod bearings came out of the car yesterday 9/4 and were replaced with BE bearings and ARP bolts.

Really glad I got these done from a preventative standpoint and also quickly found a valve cover leak. Will be getting repaired today 9/5

Part 4- New Wheels, Tires and Trunk:
Decided to go with a set of light weight wheels I can track and in the spirit of weight reduction had a new trunk installed (plus they both look good imo)

Part 5- Tuned the car with Gintani:
Got both a 93 and e85 tune from Gintani. Did 0-60 testing before and after with dragy and had my buddy drive the car as an unbiased source . Decided to get burbles but fairly easy to regulate should I not want to use them. Overall the car is faster! Highly recommend them! Will update again after driving on e85.

Part 6- Installed a CF diffuser on the car:
Bought a CF diffuser from a member a while ago and finally got around to installing it! Crazy how much more aggressive it makes the car look.

Part 7- Installed e85 tune:
Decided to swap to the E85 tune on the M3 and take it out for a real world test with dragy to compare it to stock and 93 file. You can absolutely feel the difference and I highly recommend the e85 tune.

Part 8- Installed Coilovers:
Bought a set of sachs performance coil overs since they seemed like a good deal brand new for the money. Plus the stock suspension felt dated and not as responsive as it could be. They were so worth it! They make a huge difference and we are one step closer to Version 1 of the Project M3 build being complete.

It's loud but not horrible! You could always get a tune with cold start delete
