That said, the price is too high.

Any ideas on what the exact meaning of that would be? I can imagine that it would be an actual corporate car.... It is not CPO either, I was a little concerend about that. Thanks!
Why does it not have metal pedals?

My 5c

1. My m3 is company car (cool huh)
2. It was used when I brought it
3. My last 335d was an ex BMW car used for driver training, went better than an normal one (ref: "italian tuneup")
4. NEVER own an M car out of factory warranty (or at least a warranty)
5. If you want a perfect one, buy new.
6. Mine always feels better after a track day

Good luck with the search you'll know when you find it because you'll get the "fever" and forget common sense.

Cheers

This.

That's the only thing it means. You can't derive anything else from it.

  1. Oil changes every 7500 miles
  2. alignments once a year
  3. brake fluid change at least once a year.
  4. Nothing but top tier fuel
  5. trans and diff fluid change at 40k miles
  6. turned in last car with almost new PS2s

How many "owners" can claim that.
Unless you plan to keep the car at the end of the lease, you're throwing money away with a lot of this. No need to go above and beyond the BMW recomended service stops.

In my opinion, the BMW recommended maintenance scheduel would only take its toll on the car in the longer term and at higher mileage. Chances are by the time the car started showing any significant damage from BMW's less than perfect maintenance schedule, you'll be long gone. It's the next owner's problem.

Couldn't it just be a car that was leased to some LLC or C-Corp as a tax write off?

I take care of things properly, even if I'm going to only have them for a limited time. I don't like to leave the problem for the next guy.

However, there is strong evidence that the 15k mile oil change intervals are not detrimental to the engines. With more evidence, I could be convinced to change oil at 15k miles. It's better for the environment.
