I purchase my E92 Competition package with 76k km for 32500 CDN. It is DCT and throttle Actuators were replaced.

Given your specs and condition I would say 33000-35000 CDN

This doesnt sound rite at all.

E90 m3 are worth more than e92, and this is a 1of1 spec car, with low mileage. If it were in the US, $35k USD easily.

I thought it was a touch on the low side too... Hard to gauge market until summer hits here in the great White north. The us market is so awesome that it can support a lot more sports cars.

It's very different here in Canada. Realistically if you were to advertise it for 46K CDN (35K USD), it will take a long time to sell and people will low ball the shit out of you. I don't think that high of a price tag people will pay.

46k too high. I think 40k is actually a bit better for Canada and our 2 month summers.

I think a realistic price would be around 38-39k and maybe sell 36-37 depending how long you want to wait...
