most probably one of the locking clips (bulb stem) is too big for it to fit. try to cut some of it using pliers and you'll be good to go!

Really? Doesn't make me want to buy something that doesn't fit.

Same thing happened to me

It would appear as though they do not lock into place. They do not snug up like the h8 bulb and this is with the tabs inserted (they do fit). What I did to rectify this problem was to cut a bit of the rubber gasket off the old h8 bulb and sandwich it between the gasket on the weisslicht bulb and the housing. This allowed me to snug the light down and now it does not move at all. It will also allow you to tweak the lights so that they are shining right into the fiber optic loops. I totally agree that you should not have to do this, but I really did not want to send it back and it was an easy fix. Whoever is producing these needs to pull their head and make sure these things snug down when rotated into position.

weisslicht angel eyes install review

I have exactly the same issue as they are pretty loosen after install. And then I found out the rubber washer/gasket from the OEM bulb is a bit thicker than the one from Weisslicht. I simply EXCHANGE them and they are alot tighter now.
Also the orientation of the passenger side bulb is not quite correct according to their pdf file, I had to change the screws around so the LEDs point directly to the holes in the cup.

Same issue some months ago. Spoke to those guys and they insisted there was no issue. Then the fun began, returning to Canada, they required I pay $30+ shipping. After haggling finally got a store credit for the shipping cost. Sheer BS, get rid of them and find yourself an alternative, I like the Lux H8's on mine...

Sounds like a terrible vendor to do business with it.

I would have kept the lights and disputed the charge on my AMEX. I have no patience or tolerance for people that do business that way.
