There are rules for eligibility. The car had to have been on sale in more than one country as of June. The RS 4.0 was not.

Is Coyote mpg helped out by the funky 6th gear? Most certainly, but Ford was able to beat the gas guzzler tax and build a heck of an engine.

I Drove a 5.0 coyote for a few days and got 19 highway. It's nowhere near the s65 in terms of feel, responsiveness, and sound.
It's lazy, noisy, big coarse muscle car engine and I was glad to be back in my M3.
