There's a local 2011 that's fully loaded for less than that. Search user ILSMKU if you're interested.

That listing has been there for months. Car is great if you like the color combo with the wood trim. Wouldn't pay that price because its been there too long. You should be able to get them to the low 50's. They may be stubborn on price, which is why it has lasted so long.

It was repaired at a BMW authorized collision center. They replaced the whole door, painted it with factory BMW jet black paint and even blended the factory orange peel. Nothing structurally was affected. It sucked that it happened, but I'd rather the door be replaced than say a quarter panel. To me its not much different than having your bumper resprayed. Shit happens.

ILSMKU, that looks like a car worth buying.
reading your original note on the incident confirms the story is whole and there is no undisclosed condition. Dark paint usually keep the match much better with aging than white at least from my experience. One of my past car had the passenger door repainted white. The match was perfect at first but over the years it got slightly veiled. That was from the best body shop in town but not a BMW car. Plus you got the original OEM JB paint. Should be as good as new. |
