I was the same way I use 3m on each corner to hold up with support. Then add betalink underneath gtsv1 lip then attach v2 lip . Then after it dries out a little add 4 1/2 self tapping screws underneath v2 . It was simple but using betalink is messy . Betalink is good stuff , have it on my bmw performance spoiler .

Hmm ok, appreciate the help. Where did you buy Betalink from?
I've just always used 3M tape and have been successful. Betalink is a pain in the ass to remove (if I ever needed to)

Just eBay or any bmw site . Yes it is a pain , but I was rolling with just gts lip and I damage it so decided to install v2 lip on it . It will eventually break lol.
