Dealer wouldn't fix my window!!!

I have an E92 and I brought the car into motor works BMW at 49,000 miles. This was a week before my road trip to New York. I told the service advisor that the passenger window at above 60 mph leaks air in and it's just annoying. They told me the speed limit is 55 around here and they won't go above it that. I told them my road trip has areas where the speed limit is 70 mph so should I take it to the dealer out there somewhere?? Well my car is after the factory warranty and now the noise is even louder. I think this is total bs what the dealer did. Any suggestions? I was thinking about calling them again and saying something.

Strange, I never have problems with Motorwerks. ....and I have bought many cars from them.

Who was your service adviser?

It sounds like your window needs adjustment.

Sounds like a dealer to avoid.

Sounds like you are dealing with idiots. Go elsewhere.

I have been buying cars, and having them serviced at Motorwerks for years - it's not the dealership.

I agree, Eric is a great guy to deal with! I have no idea who Brian is.
