When I ordered my SG coupe, I was really disappointed that Imola red was not an option. From the photos, FR looked way to orange brown for my taste. I ended up ordering black. Several weeks ago, a SG coupe with FR leather parked next to me. It was the first time I saw the color in person, and was suprised at how good it looked. Kinda of sorry I didn't order it myself.

It's very tough to get accurate photo renditions of it. Looking at Bama M3's photos above I would not get it--way too arange and washed out.

I took the chance, and am glad I did. The only "interesting" choice, especially with a neutral paint.

I think that fox red interior is very close of Rotbraun(Chestnut) -colour, which used on a E90 LCI. I like it very much. Shiny black -or carbon fiber -panels makes it look perfect.

Is this M embossing on the front seats standard on a E93? I've never seen it before. Looks sweet…I want it on my E92.

my E93 has this too, it is standard!

Agree that it is a chestnut tone. I love it on JzB which is why I ordered it.

Don't quote me but I am pretty sure the embossed M logo went away when they switched to the new style head rests for MY2009.

Quick question: Why some cars have the middle leather 'fold' on the thigh extension and most not? Couldn't find a pattern. Mine doesn't, and have the extended leather. I personally like it better smooth, but just curious. Thx.

I guess Fox Red leather is a "love it" or "hate it" option. I personally can never imagine Fox Red for myself.
