At what point do I get worried

Ok so I'm pretty sure I'm being paranoid, I'm sure I have nothing to worry about. I have emailed Ryan and he doesn't seem at all concerned. But this is nagging me a little bit and I'm sure all I need is an eHug to put my mind at ease.

My euro delivery is scheduled for 5/21/11 (two weeks from this Saturday). Ryan had told me that my contract needed to be signed and and sent over 14 days before I take delivery, so that's this Saturday, but we can't start that process until we have a VIN, which will occur when it goes into production.

I've been tracking my M3 religiously on the website and on the 1-800 number and it has not moved into production yet. In fact the 1-800 lady tells me "Your vehicle is scheduled for production with no confirmed production date."

Should I be worried?

tl;dr

5/21 - Scheduled ED date
5/7 - Contract, payment, etc. is due
5/3 - Car is not yet in production, should I be worried?

Think about it this way, im sure Ryan doesnt want to lose a sale.

I know he doesn't. Believe me this thread is not meant to be critical of Ryan in any way, if it was I would call him and yell at him.

It's about me being needy and wanting those warm fuzzies. Pathetic really.

2 weeks from tomorrow I start my journey to Munich.

Ryan is a pro, he is our top guy and a Euro delivery pro, if he says your good your going to be ok. Knowing Ryan he is on the phone with Euro all day and is on top of your order and all the others. that guy never sleeps!

The whole process has been great, from the first PM I sent to you, to the countless emails to Ryan asking him to change my exterior from IB to MW, then the interior from Black to Silver/Black/Black, back to black, back to silver/black/black, finally to extended black. He's been nothing short of fantastic.

Alright, I'm going to settle down, wait for the next email from him with the next thing I have to do. I already know it will come when he said it will come, just like every other correspondence from him, so I'm not sure why I'm concerned. Like I said, pathetic and needy.

Thanks guys, can't wait to see my M3 in just 18 short days.

Call the BMW NA euro delivery department and ask for your production week! Ryan's system has that info also.

the 800 lady is always going to say 'with no scheduled production date' trust me on that one.. it will just switch to production when it enters, and even then the 800 number is lagged about 2 days, from my own experience

Nope, just the automated lady. I was really trying to not be needy, I failed like a pro there.

So on to the next thing to worry and obsess over.
