Can anyone ID this front bumper?

Looking at picking up an E90 and one I am looking at has what looks to be an aftermarket front bumper. Can anyone identify it? Or am I a total rookie and this is an OEM option?

Arkym full bumper. Authentic or rep? No idea...never looked into them.
