Thanks, I realize that KBB is not a direct reflection of market prices. I look at autotrader in my area pretty regularly to make sure I have a reasonable asking price relative to the avg asking price here. Currently the avg is ~45k. If I factor in the fact that I am under 30k miles the avg jumps up to ~47k. Personally I think both 45 and 47 are too high for this car but it does give credence to the fact that I believe I have a fair asking price for the car given the options, conditions and mileage.

That being said, I am willing to work with a serious cash buyer ready to make a deal!

Awesome car. I wish it was on the east coast. BTW some people use Edmunds in addition to KBB which may account for some of the lower offers you are getting...

Thanks. I try to use autotrader as a guide to real market value since KBB and Edmunds can be a little slow to update.
