I have transfered two leases with BMW, it is very simple. If I remember correctly, employee plans can not be transfered. Ask for the lease assumption department if they give you trouble.

Still a decent deal if you ask me because you can buy more mileage for $3000 (.20c X 600miles X 24months) and that will give you 1000 miles per month plus $3000 money down = $6000 out of pocket and that goes around $250 more per month on top of the $540 monthly payment. The good thing is that you saved some mods on the car like springs, tints, grills, exhasts. These add up to uh... $2-3k or so

.16 if you buy them atleast 3 months before the lease ends.
