30,000 - 20,210 = 9,790 miles left on the lease

Not a bad deal if it wasn't already over the mileage

ouch, no wonder he wants out. ~400 miles a month left. what's the overage per mile? $0.20?

still a very tempting offer.

I dont "wan't out" I just don't drive the car much anymore and I feel like its a lot of car for a driveway. compared to the payment the mileage penalty is nothing.

hehe we both have soulja boy sig

Wow, that is not a good deal with the mileage limit. 400 miles a month is not much mileage. I average 2 to 3 times that mileage a month and I suspect most folks avarage way over that limit.

black interior. no I only put $3,000 down which I would like to get back. or as close as possible considering the mods. the penalty is $.25 a mile

.25 x 10,000 = $2,500 mileage penalty + $500 lease assumption fee = $3000

There goes the down payment....

Alright every one that pm'd me has been replied to. I think. The payment is very low because I got it through an employee deal. I am currently working with someone from the forum on the lease take over. I'm having a little trouble with BMW FS because I'm guessing theydont like to pass on these deals very easy. But iwill keep everyone posted. If this turns out to be too much of a hassle I'm just gonna keep the car. But as I said I will keep everyone posted and thank you all for your interest
