I have had several email masters who have wasted enough of my time with stoooopid questions and information requests and then backing out for the lack of funds. Sorry, this car is not to be given away for free...so contact me ONLY if you have funds ready in your pocket and NOT a day dreamer/troll...

What a friendly way to bump your FS thread! This car has been for sale for almost 8 months. Are buyers being "dreamers," or have you been the "dreamer" re: what it's worth?

OP updated the price and the car is in great shape. I personally saw the car. He was negotiable but my friend was not able to sell his E46 M3 so backed out. Sorry for the trouble OP. Good price and again do not pay heed to lowballers.

What does it matter? If I have the title or not? why is that the most important question? I fail to understand! please explain!

I have better use for cash so I havent paid it off but can pay off in a split second if that is required to facilitate a sale.

I already have an M6 and GT3 occupying my time of day and night so barely driving this...

Take a look at cars.com and autotrader.com to see the going price of a fully loaded DCT M3 IFF you can find one....I have listed my car at a very low price for the condition it is in.....anyway, all PMs have been replied, thank you for the interest.....

Having a title is very important with a "private pary sale." How can someone buy your vehicle legally and 100% completely if they don't have the title before the drive off with the car?

this car is an 2009 model. yours is a 2008
this car has the new idrive. yours does not
this car has the new navigation and bigger screen. yours does not

I'm glad you enjoy making payments on the M3. At $57k for an '08 model, it looks like you will be making the rest of them!
