Good luck dude, nice car.

LOL I agree! Most of these people can't afford it in the first place?!

You can't show cheapskates the true value of this car.

In support of the Seller,

I'm a dealer, and I have to say your asking price is very fair for this car!

Some other dealers have the identical car but more mileage listed as buy it now for $58,000!! Thats dealer cost people! Other colours with more than 10,000 miles are running through the auction for $55,000+ , and dealers are lucky to get this car at that price.

Check your heads before offering pricing advice!

I'll post some Manheim Auction Post sale results if I hear anyone else tellsl him his price is too high!

Can't afford the car? don't open your mouth!

And that colour is beautiful!

An 09 E92 fully loaded is $72,920 MSRP. This 08 originally cost more and doesn't even appear (they could be in the trunk) to have M floormats. I bet this was one of the earliest model MDCT 08 cars. The earliest MDCT models came out in July (IIRC). OP, was this a dealer demo or something like that?

As I understand our warranty it's 4 years or 50,000 miles. Since this car's warranty is listed as being up in 07/25/2012 that would mean the car was placed in service on 07/25/2008. If so this would be one of the first MDCT cars. There is also a sticker on the windshield that prominently says July 10. I'm not familiar with that sticker but it's coincidental that this month matches the inferred warranty "in service" date.

Despite this being March of 09 and this being an 08 car the car seems to have a temporary plate? How could a car in service to a private party since late 08 (or maybe even July) still not have a permanent plate? If the car doesn't have a permanent plate (I'm only guessing based on the pictures) because it was recently registered (purchased), how is it that this 08 car was purchased for more than you could get an 09 for at the same time?

I realize you are not a liar (you say that in post #3), but a prospective buyer might be scared off by these inconsistencies and not even contact you. It might help to explain what's going on with this stuff. Late model 08 buyers also got a complimentary day at M school.

To the "dealer", blow yourself. There is nothing wrong with asking questions. I'm sure the OP is more than happy to tell buyers what is going on since he is trying to get $60K for a car over the Internet.

the OP was selling 18" rims...the first set sold with 150 miles on them, second set has 200 miles on them.

in this thread on 3/12 the OP is asking about 21" wheels
http://www.m3post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=240099

in this thread on 1/31 the OP is selling 19" tires with 121 miles

In this post on 1/02 he's selling the floor mats from a E90 M3.

post #13 of this thread he says he sold his car and bought a 2009 (1/14/2009)

The OP seems to have a lot of M3s or access to a lot of M3 parts? OP, if you're a dealer or affiliated with a dealer, you should probably mention that. If your not a dealer, what's up dude ?

Okay - do I really need to justify and answer all your questions?

I will -

1. Car pics were taken back on the day the car was purchased hence the temporary plates. Havent taken any recent pics.

2. M floor mats are in the trunk - I purchased all weather mats which you see in the pics

3. The price quoted is correct , I also paid an additional $800 for Wheel & Tire Elite protection

4. I was selling Michelin pilot sports (not PS2s) - those are from my old 2006 E46 M3

5. I am selling E90 M3 floor mats because I got a set as a gift from my friend as a welcome gift after I got the car (he thought I was buying a sedan)

6. The 18" wheels for sale are those that belong to my buddies who have upgraded to after market wheels ...they dont belong to me....however, they are not on the forums so I was doing it for them...

7. I am not a dealer .....not do I have any affiliates who are dealers

8. I was looking into a set of 21s that were on for sale....kinda likes the step lip...but wasnt sure if they would be a good fit so asking for opnions....

I hope that answers all your questions.....let me know if y ou have more
