Windshield repair in SF Bay Area?

I just noticed a small crack in my windshield. It looks like it goes all the way through the glass, but it's very small (a few mm... for now). Can this be filled with resin or whatever, or am I looking at a new windshield?

Any recommendations of good places in the Bay Area (preferably SF or peninsula, mobile a plus)?

I had mine replaced at New Autoglass in Burlingame. They did a pretty good job. The price was good and used the same Pilkinton glass as OEM.

Any other recommendations? And how much did they charge you? I found a crack in my e92 windshield the other day and it doesn't look like it was from an impact which is weird.

Silicon Valley Auto Glass in SJ. Know a couple people who had the glass filled there.

$375 for the same Pilkinton glass without the BMW logo.

Also interested in some other recommendations -- Silicon Valley Auto Glass reviews look pretty good, do they use OEM glass?
