Yep!
AFAIK the Nogaros are the only aftermarket seat which are approved to be used with the QFPs. Also has seat specific mounts for the e9X: https://www.bkauto.com/R_9286_Cobra_...s_p/r-9286.htm

if you are using it in 4 point mode, if both side buckles came off, the cam lock would be loose and you'd risk losing it. So they make the one side "permanent" to avoid that. Also, in an emergency exit situation, I could see the cam lock possibly getting in the way if it stayed attached to the sub belt.
