Pulling and clearing codes

Carly now requires a subscription to do this and I have the old dongle so is there a better option or is it best to stick with this one?

If all you wanna do is clear codes, Torque app cam do that.

If you had the old dongle you must have had the app before they went to a subscription based pricing.

If so, you get the app for free there is a post floating around here about that.
