i am sure he can. see there are different divisions with them and he is unfortantly MX only. it would have been awesome if he sold the road stuff for cars too bc then i would of had all the info i wanted at hand and prices etc

i know there are some dealers that sell alot of different stuff but there usually not tuners or good techs there more sales. my guy is more of a tuner and was an MX engineer for them in the past. he sets my race bike susp up perfect

i should know more in a day or two

Thanks.
It would be great to get some specs, so we can at least know more about the kit and compare it to what is out there.
Details about the shock they are using, what the kit comes with, spring rates, etc...the usual.

I gave ohlins a call yesterday, they did just came back after some testing on the nurnburgring unfortunately not with an M3.
They have the GTR and the E92 m3 as the next thing on there to do list.

External res could be either their TTX or Flag coilovers.

Hey guys,

Looks like Ohlins is working hard on offering more products... some of them using their existing racing dampers... check out the GT3 club sport package. Dual adjustable w/ piggyback reservoir. Pretty impressive.

ohlins coilover bmw e90

Hey guys, just bought a set of ohlins road and tracks from the guys at AE performance. Thanks to those guys, should be installed next week. I will post pictures and all the specs when I get these in my hands. I'm excited to see how the ride is and how tunable these coilovers are. I've had eibach springs for a few months and liked the look but I'm ready to move on to the next step in mods. After this ill upgrade to the M3 front suspension kit, sway bars, camber plates and bushings. Ill keep you guys posted, it was a long debate between kw, teins w/ edfc and ohlins. I think I made the right choice but time will tell!

I really wouldn't mind owning an Ohlins set if they sell one specifically for the M3.

It would be nice to have matching suspension with my bike

Latest email from Ohlins:

Yes we have a Road and Track suspension kit for the BMW E90 and E92 but unfortunately not for the M3.
Please look for more information on our web site http://www.roadandtrackbyohlins.com/en/ and there you will also find the local Ohlins distributor in your home country. This Ohlins distributor will have all information regarding pricing and delivery time etc.

Good luck.

Best Regards

So finally received the ohlin r/t. Surprised to find that no camber plates and lower mounts that connect strut to the front c hub upright were supplied with this kit! Any suggestions? Im even trying to find all the ohlin mounts and stuff but no luck. Yes this is for a non M e90 328, and for all of you wondering they look amazing! Quality is completely obvious, instructions are great. Just trying to find all the right pieces for install. The ground control camber plates look good might pick them up, but i cant seem to find the lower mount shown in all their pictures with a collar like setup that links to the front c hub or upright.

Take some pictures of the lower part. For the upper, you can reuse your OE or buy race plates such as GC plates.

Here's an attachment with a picture, let me know if you can't see them. The front coilover is in the box and at the top, opposite side of the spring side. The ohlin pictures show a collar like bracket on the side with the adjusters, has two holes to mount the strut to the front upright.

Yeap, that looks right. Just put your stock hat on top or a camber plate and slide the bottom piece into the collars. If you have any trouble we're also located in Southern California so you can bring it by to let us install it.
