Electronic performance steering wheel cracking

Hey guys the plastic from my steering wheel is cracking around the display, probably was holding too hard or something during a turn. Anyways I was wondering if there was a part no for just the plastic cover of the screen? Or any way I can fix it. You can see the cracks in the pics below. [IMG][/IMG]

If you can easily take it off, you could glue it, sand it and repaint in whatever you want or wrap it perhaps?

The plastic piece can come off easily. I could wrap parts around the screen, however the parts around the LED Array need to be see through. I was thinking about 3D printing a part but I'm not to sure how to print the see through part, or how to attach that clear screen nicely. Otherwise I was going to go to ask a steering wheel maker like NRW to see what they can do. I saw a thread on this before but can't find it, was hoping a simple part number would do that trick.
